Step 1 : Open your blogger’s dashboard. Go to ‘Template’ and edit your template in HTML form.
Step 2 : Now open the search box by using the keys Control+F and search for </head>.
Step 3 : Just above </head>, copy and paste the following code given below.

Step 4 : Now again search for <body> and just below it paste the following code given below.

Step 5 : Now search for </body> and just above it write </div> to end the above added tag.
Step 6 : Now replace 81LLg23KM_w with the YouTube video ID of your video.
You will find video ID in the URL of that video as shown in the below picture.

Step 7 : Save the template and you are done with it.
